Ariane Bell Vila
Ariane (they/them) is a musician/artist/educator whose work spans across mediums. They create music, visual art, and also have experience in the arts administration field, marketing, & communications. Their work is rooted in human connection and emotion, and is driven by an introspective and highly inquisitive curiosity about the relationships between art, story-telling, mental health, science, and language.
Ariane is a Spanish-English-Canadian who grew up in Ottawa, ON and is currently based in Vancouver, BC.

Music
Ariane is a classically trained Soprano and holds an Honours Bachelor of Music in Voice from Wilfrid Laurier University (‘15). They participated in the Breno Italy International Music Academy in 2018 and have been teaching private voice, piano, and rudimentary theory lessons for twelve years.
Also a songwriter, Ariane performs original work, often featuring piano, ukulele, and looping pedal. Their great love is musical theatre.

Visual Art
Ariane mostly focuses on digital mediums and abstract art, though they are constantly practising and exploring other styles like linocut, photography, zines, watercolour, and gouache.
